September Symposium
The UKZN World Health Organization Collaborating Centre for Pharmaceutical Policy and Evidence Based Practice will co-host its first September meeting for researchers in the field of pharmaceutical policy. You are cordially invited to attend this meeting! The format of this meeting will be as short sessions spread over three days. These will be online to allow participants the opportunity to reach more policy makers and researchers.
Target group
The primary target group for participation in this Spring meeting are Masters and PhD students directly related to or closely working with any WHO Collaborating Centre. However, other Masters and PhD students, post docs and (senior) researchers who have an interest in pharmaceutical policy are welcome to submit abstracts.
Contents of the meeting
Keynote lectures or panels will be convened around 3 streams. Abstracts will be presented and discussed in online parallel sessions. Abstracts are not limited to the streams;
all research in the field of pharmaceutical policy are eligible for submission. The proposed streams are:
· Evidence Informed Policy
· Methodological considerations for Pharmaceutical Policy Research
· Quality Use of Medicines
